Lazy and greedy customer service.

Ordered a $12 drain hose for my washer over the Labor Day weekend (Sat), but had the machine completely fail on Sun (time for a new washer).Sent two emails (website and internet) requesting to cancel the drain hose order, but only received a manual "it has already shipped" reply at 1pm on Tuesday, 3 minutes after receiving the automated "you order has shipped, you can return it" email. Very convenient.They had all morning to simply cancel this small order. Non-refundable shipping (both ways) and a restocking fee would cost more then the part itself.Think twice before order from Part Advantage. There are more honest, customer oriented businesses to choose from.
