I’ve been using this product regularly for over a year, both morning and night, as instructed. At 63, I sleep well and hoped to see a reduction in under-eye puffiness and brown spots, as advertised. While I have experienced good hydration and an overall improved skin tone, I haven't seen any change in puffiness or brown spots. After a year of dedicated use, I can say it hasn't met those specific claims for me. I’m also troubled by the overwhelmingly positive reviews on the website. As a verified buyer, I submitted an honest review of my experience, but it seems to be missing. Reviews should showcase a variety of customer experiences, not just the positive ones. This product may be effective for moisturizing and enhancing general skin appearance, but it has not helped with puffiness or brown spots in my case. Therefore, I will not be purchasing it again.
