I have both Gravite & Varros cologne, and I like the Varros better than the Gravite. Both are great scents! You can't go wrong with either scent! Customer service is very efficient and very concerned that their customers are happy with their products! Thanks for the great products and customer appreciation!
I was writing a review about an issue I had claiming my points on an order. I wasn't finished writing the review and somehow the message got sent. Sorry about that. Anyway, I contacted you about this and in a very short time I received an answer back with clear instructions on how to claim points. I put the order through and used my points with no problem.

I had ordered several products from Particle. One item arrived all by itself. I asked if the other items were still coming or was the delivery mistaken. I received a very prompt and informative response from Particle with a clear explanation and tracking. Very professional organization with great products!
If yo want natural stuff, well this ain't it. They can advertise all they want how fantastic their products are. Look in the ingredients, its full of chemicals ¾ you dont understand. That is NOT natural. Same chemical cocktails whats in the cheap box store products. I bought shaving cream from them, as soon as i seen the ingridients on the back, i threw it straight in the trash without using it. I can afford it so i dont give a crap. So there, dont fall for it.
I have been using the products for about 4 months and am very satisfied with the results. My face is smooth, almost wrinkle free and hydrated. The dryness of my skin has gone and now I have a smooth soft texture. I am 79 years old and people do not believe I am that age.
I am impressed with a company that truly understands customer service. My order was mistakenly sent to the wrong address, and while I'm not sure how it happened, I reached out to the support team and received an immediate reply. They are now sending my order to the correct address. I haven't encountered this level of service in over 35 years. I will definitely share my positive experience with others. This is genuinely an outstanding company!
As someone with a disability, I patiently awaited a sale and purchased two products that are fantastic. However, after my purchase, I noticed new sales with lower prices. I ended up wasting the neck cream and face lotion, while I couldn't get the scar gel because the other two cost me nearly $97. Now, the price is half of what I paid.
I’ve been using this product regularly for over a year, both morning and night, as instructed. At 63, I sleep well and hoped to see a reduction in under-eye puffiness and brown spots, as advertised. While I have experienced good hydration and an overall improved skin tone, I haven't seen any change in puffiness or brown spots. After a year of dedicated use, I can say it hasn't met those specific claims for me. I’m also troubled by the overwhelmingly positive reviews on the website. As a verified buyer, I submitted an honest review of my experience, but it seems to be missing. Reviews should showcase a variety of customer experiences, not just the positive ones. This product may be effective for moisturizing and enhancing general skin appearance, but it has not helped with puffiness or brown spots in my case. Therefore, I will not be purchasing it again.
I bought the cologne based on their advertisements. They seem to be overselling this product. While the scent is nice, it's incredibly weak and doesn't last long. For the price, it feels excessively expensive. I would compare it to a budget $15 cologne. Lesson learned!
I placed an order for one bottle and found two charges on my credit card. I have pictures of my order showing that I should only have been charged 65.72, yet there’s an additional charge of 72.87. I'm unsure why there are two full charges. I would appreciate an explanation. Also, while I agree with many customers that the scent is fantastic, it doesn’t last long enough. Overall, I'm not very impressed and would prefer a longer-lasting fragrance.
