That is without notifying the partner. It's important to remember that partners are most of the time small businesses who are making miserable margin per product, while BOL is making money on their expense. Additionally, if the item is lost in mail, you are supposed to bear the costs. If the client opened and used the product and then returned - you are still bearing the costs as a partner. You are pretty much being charged for everything. I truly truly hope that the investigation that they opened against Bol.com is going to result in severe sanctions as it's impossible to make any profit off this platform.
