All the complaint listed by partners here are totally relevant! You are supposed to provide the lowest possible price, otherwise they take the product out and it's not visible anymore. That is without notifying the partner. It's important to remember that partners are most of the time small businesses who are making miserable margin per product, while BOL is making money on their expense. Additionally, if the item is lost in mail, you are supposed to bear the costs. If the client opened and used the product and then returned - you are still bearing the costs as a partner. You are pretty much being charged for everything. I truly truly hope that the investigation that they opened against Bol.com is going to result in severe sanctions as it's impossible to make any profit off this platform.

Third time: did not receive a thing, an empty package or a broken object (mobile phone!!)bol replies: check the sellers. Sellers don't reply. Thanks Bol! Last time I ordered from this criminals.

I didn't receive the item

I didn't receive the item, so I had to make multiple inquiries asking for a refund.The support staff said that it would be automatically refunded, so I waited until the deadline but it was not refunded.After contacting the seller, the refund process was finally initiated.The support staff at this company often lie.

Causing financial stress

I have always used Bol but am now being pursued by debt collectors for an order of 16 euros and where I received no notifications that payment was overdue. The total bill is 60 euros which is not commensurate to the initial value of the product and I’m being unfairly penalised for some kind of tech issue at Bol’s end (I thought the order was not successful as I never received a confirmation email, and I always pay via Ideal in full at the time of purchase and I was never notified of any payments being overdue so therefore had no idea anything had gone wrong)Will not be using Bol again and will be advising friends to do the same.

racist and completely not useful

I love when people (Shyvani) treat me with racist assuming that I’m stupid only because I don’t speak Dutch. Plus I discovered that on bol the invoice are not available and apparently they are allowed to sell without giving customer an official document. Dear employee guess? The customer are the one paying your salary and not all of them are Dutch! Very racist!
