We were very happy with our nursery until the recent takeover. While the staff are excellent and genuinely care for the children, the management has become increasingly disappointing. There’s a shift toward a more impersonal, profit-driven approach, making parents feel more like customers. Communication is often generic and lacks empathy, and price increases occur without any visible improvement in services. It’s truly disheartening as the daily staff work hard, but poor management decisions are damaging trust.
