Profit-Focused Organization

This organization is more focused on profits than on quality childcare. I have reached out multiple times over the past year regarding various concerns, but my messages have been ignored or dismissed. Although the staff at the individual facilities are dedicated, the management at the corporate level is disappointing. I wouldn't feel comfortable entrusting my children to them, as they seem like just another impersonal profit-driven corporation.

This organization prioritizes profit over the well-being of children. I have reached out multiple times over the past year regarding various issues, but my concerns have been ignored or not taken seriously. While the staff at the individual facilities seem dedicated, the management at the corporate level is lacking. I wouldn't feel safe entrusting my children to them. They appear to be just another faceless profit-driven entity.

Frustrating Experience with Management

I want to share my experience registering my second child with the nursery. While the local team has been supportive and caring, the experience with the central management has been incredibly disappointing. I registered my child well in advance, but now I’m informed that the requested days are unavailable. The communication from the headquarters has been disorganized and slow, which is unacceptable for a childcare provider. I urge parents to be cautious when relying on the central management for availability and support.

Excellent Nursery Experience

We are extremely satisfied with the nursery! The staff are incredibly caring and the management is exceptional. My child enjoys attending every day. The nursery is spacious and well-equipped, and their commitment to inclusivity and diversity impresses us. As parents of a child with food allergies, we are especially grateful for the careful attention to dietary needs. A truly wonderful environment!

Decline After Takeover

The nursery was incredible before the recent takeover. Now, staff seem overworked and stressed, with children treated more like revenue sources than cared-for individuals. Although the staff are still wonderful, the management has transformed a great nursery into a place we are eager to leave.

Nightmare Since Takeover

Since the takeover, the nursery experience has been a nightmare, particularly with billing and pricing. Every month has inaccuracies, and prices have been raised without clear justification. Additional drop-off and collection fees have been introduced, despite them previously being included. The staff are lovely and dedicated, but the corporate management shows a lack of concern for our issues, focusing solely on profit.

There’s a shift toward a more impersonal, profit-driven approach, making parents feel more like customers. Communication is often generic and lacks empathy, and price increases occur without any visible improvement in services. It’s truly disheartening as the daily staff work hard, but poor management decisions are damaging trust.

This company is difficult to deal with and provides poor care for children. Our nursery has been taken over recently, and the quality of care has declined significantly. Prices increase frequently, while experienced staff have left, replaced by less qualified individuals. The charm and warmth of the nursery have been lost, and it appears they are prioritizing profit over the well-being of children.
