I placed an order for over $600 worth of parts, including a complete rear brake kit. While I received the correct rotors, the pads were wrong and not compatible with my vehicle. It seems there was a mix-up during packaging, which I can understand. However, the support team wanted me to reorder the rotors, have them shipped, and return the complete kit, despite having already installed the original rotors. Paying over $50 in shipping for their mistake is not acceptable. I won't be placing any more orders.
