Finding the specific parts needed was very easy thanks to the intuitive search. The order arrived ahead of schedule and everything was exactly as described. Great prices and excellent quality overall. A reliable option for anyone looking for car maintenance supplies.
One of the worst experiences buy parts online.. paid for rapid delivery, was suppose to be delivered by Feb 19th at the latest. Feb 19th came and it wasn't even shipped yet. I measaged you guys asking what's going on and got told that it takes 5 - 7 business days to be shipped even tho I paid for rapid delivery then they told me they canncled the order but never did. I had to measage them again for them to tell me it takes up to 24 business hours to cancel an order but when pressed about it they canncled it for me on the spot. So in other words they lied to me. Worst experiences I've had buying parts online. I should have to get upset for them to do they're jobs. If you promise rapid delivery and charge for it, actually do it. I bought the part somewhere else and will never be using this store again.
They take 15% of your purchase when you make a return, even if you explain their mistake, and they refuse to understand your point of view. They don't listen and do as they please with their policy. They are completely unaccommodating. Very disappointed that they so easily take 15% of our money.
The tracking indicated my order would arrive by the end of the day on Thursday, January 8, 2026, but by 8:30 PM, it shifted to Friday, January 9. However, it still wasn't delivered by the end of that day. I stayed home as my vehicle was not operational, yet the packages have not arrived, and now it’s Saturday. I needed those parts to take my children to their appointments and hockey activities. The delivery service doesn’t operate on Saturdays. Communication regarding the delivery has been very unsatisfactory. The website chat feature is unreliable and has frozen multiple times, preventing me from sending messages.
The ordering process was simple, but I encountered a challenge online due to my fingers twitching, resulting in ordering 2 items instead of 1. However, it took quite a while to receive my return as it arrived simultaneously with my parts.
I placed an order for over $600 worth of parts, including a complete rear brake kit. While I received the correct rotors, the pads were wrong and not compatible with my vehicle. It seems there was a mix-up during packaging, which I can understand. However, the support team wanted me to reorder the rotors, have them shipped, and return the complete kit, despite having already installed the original rotors. Paying over $50 in shipping for their mistake is not acceptable. I won't be placing any more orders.

Think twice before shopping here; their products may not be reliable, and they don't accept returns without the original packaging. I find this place quite untrustworthy. I made a mistake—don't repeat it. Other retailers have much better return policies, so I recommend purchasing from them instead.
I will never buy from this platform again. The shipping is extremely poor. It's supposed to be delivered within a specified timeframe, but it never arrived. I wasted time scheduling with a garage for the item’s arrival. The support team is also unhelpful; when I called to inquire about my order, they hung up on me. It’s been an awful experience.
