I ordered online alternator for my car, it said is one left .
The order was confirmed and they removed my money from my credit card. I choose pick up because that was the fastest way to get the part. Pick up day was set up for march 4-5 . Every day I checked the email that confirms the part is ready for pick up. Every day they sent me email by some Maria and Stephanie talking about different bullshit . Maple syrup events , etc ... I chat with them online on 4th and they said it requires a bit more time to process. In 5th I contact them online again and they told me the part is out of stock and I need to wait at least 7 more days until they replenish the stock. I got seriously mad for their way they treat customers, very amateur . I cancelled the order and I request the money back. They found time to send me stupid emails about maple syrup , but they couldn't find time to let me know they don't have it in stock and plus they should charge me when the part was ready to pick up not immediately and after to bullshit me 2 days in the row. I LET YOU JUDGE THE SITUATION.
