CAUTION - POSSIBLE SCAMMERS I ordered a washing machine part for my grandmother but received the wrong item. When I initiated the return, I found out that only the price of the part would be refunded; there was no reimbursement for taxes, fees, or shipping. I returned the item with tracking and waited for the promised 5-7 business days for a refund. When it didn't arrive, I checked their support page, which is just a form available during limited hours. There was no contact number or address, making it seem very suspicious. I submitted two forms without any response. Finally, I received a reply stating they are not affiliated with any consumer protection agencies and that my email was blocked. How is this acceptable? Taking advantage of the elderly and being dismissive is outrageous!
