When it didn't arrive, I checked their support page, which was just a form available during limited hours. There was no phone number or address, making it feel very untrustworthy. I submitted two forms without any reply. Eventually, I received a response saying they are not affiliated with any consumer protection organizations and that my email has been blocked. How is this acceptable? Exploiting the elderly and responding rudely is unacceptable!
