When I pointed this out, they attempted to gaslight me, claiming I ordered aftermarket parts, even though my invoice clearly states otherwise. Another item arrived damaged, and they refused to cover the return shipping costs. It seems that when they make a mistake, I have to bear the cost. After confronting them about their dishonesty, they chose to ignore my communications. They are poor businesspeople, as I have many appliances that will need parts in the future, yet they opted to cheat me over a few dollars in shipping.
