Do yourself and your customers a favor: do not, I repeat, do NOT order parts from these clowns. Their parts catalog is a mess. Their customer service is even worse. They will not listen to you. I ordered a part from their website based on the diagram, waited a week for my customer's part, and received the wrong part. Called back and tried to explain to them that their catalog had the wrong part for the part pictured in the diagram. "Jeff" refused to listen to me and insisted I had to go to the website. I asked him, "Are you sure they're going to be able to correct this without listening to what the problem is?" He said yes. So I went to the website, and they wanted pictures, part numbers, and serial numbers.
No problem. I took a screenshot of the website showing the part I needed, a little square rubber gasket about the thickness of a pencil lead. Then I sent them a picture of the part they sent me, which was not square; it was a half-moon-shaped gasket that appeared to be meant to go over and protect a sharp edge. In my email, I explained to them that I ordered the part from their website based on the parts diagram. I drew big red arrows to point to the part I was supposed to get, and big red arrows in the other picture to point to the WRONG part I got. I even put text boxes all over the place explaining where the problem was. Their website showed a picture that didn't match the part they sent. Therefore, their part number must be wrong because the part number was on the picture and on the bag the part came in. They responded within a couple of days, saying I would get a new part but that it would be delayed. Waited another week or so, and the same WRONG part arrived again. Okay. Responded to the original email chain saying, "Hey, once again you've sent me the wrong part. Please review the pictures I sent you and get me the correct part." Here comes the response from Jeff, good old Jeff. He responds again with, "Go to the website and go through the form process again." I responded, "No thanks, just refund my money." His answer was, "I can't refund your money until you fill out the form." Funny, I could swear I filled out a form 2 weeks ago when this whole problem started. Keep in mind they also sent me a second part from the customer service form, and it was wrong. So I told Jeff I would get my money back and let everyone know how horrible their parts catalog is. This is your warning. Do not use these guys. They will make you look like a fool to your customers. And keep your money.
