This place has so many parts for my dryer I feel like I could build one from scratch. The browsing, adding to cart, viewing cart and check out are seamless. I will never order parts from anyone else.
Easy to use and there are good pictures of the parts you need. I love how they make such helpful and in-depth videos showing how to troubleshoot your problem. The video is even linked in the parts search area, kind of. It was easy to find. Highly recommend.
Bought a genuine (supposedly), Maytag $84 refrigerator seal. Within 6 months the seal started splitting along the entire length of the door, I put in for a warranty claim and Parts Dr. denied it saying physical damage is not covered. If a refrigerator seal splitting within 6 months isn't a warranted defect, I am not sure what is. Shop local or from a place that will honor a warranty for a defective product.
My experience ordering from this company has been very disappointing, particularly regarding the attitude of the customer support representative and the return process, which I found to be unreasonable. When a company prioritizes its own convenience over the customer’s experience, it demonstrates a lack of genuine customer-focused service. I even received an automated email from the company stating, “Most negative reviews we get are from customers returning installed parts and having their returns denied.” This remark conveniently places the blame on customers and feels more like a deflection than taking responsibility, suggesting that the majority of negative feedback is solely the customers' fault. In my situation, I didn’t return any installed parts, yet I still had a very unsatisfactory experience. To avoid further issues, I have decided not to place any future orders with them.
Finding the part was straightforward. The images were very useful. The price was the best I encountered. However, shipping costs felt a bit steep to me (I don't usually handle shipping, so it might just be my perspective). Overall, it was a pleasant experience shopping at this place.
I need a replacement part for a dishwasher priced at $13.37, specifically two door trim pieces made of silicone and plastic. However, the shipping fee is an excessive $10.99! I get that there are shipping costs, but for an item that weighs around 8 ounces, that's quite steep!
