I even received an automated email from the company stating, “Most negative reviews we get are from customers returning installed parts and having their returns denied.” This remark conveniently places the blame on customers and feels more like a deflection than taking responsibility, suggesting that the majority of negative feedback is solely the customers' fault. In my situation, I didn’t return any installed parts, yet I still had a very unsatisfactory experience. To avoid further issues, I have decided not to place any future orders with them.
