The claim of 'same day shipping' is false. I ordered a part urgently, choosing them for this promise, but the confirmation email stated it would ship in 3-5 business days. After a week with no updates, I contacted customer support, who claimed it shipped the next day without proof. They blamed the postal service instead. I will be filing a complaint as well. Avoid this place.
