I posted a review on Easy Appliance (evidently same company as Part Select). Easy Appliance commented asking for my order #, however users can't reply to comment on this website, so here's my followup response.At the bottom of this response is my original review.My first order # is: 10054245 (June 5)2nd order # is: 10065162 (June 8)Charges on my credit cardJune 5: $191.22 (order 10054245) 1 part of 2 is wrong itemJune 8: $112.25 (order 10065162) 1 part of 1 is wrong itemRefunds issued to my credit cardJune 10: $10.16 - Refund for shipping charge on reorderJune 10: $11.54 - Refund to fix your overcharging mistake on my reorderJune 20: $90.55 - Refund for one of the 2 wrong hinges shipped (EAP11746184)MISSING REFUNDS -$90.55 - Refund for the 2nd wrong hinge I have already received/paid forMISSING RETURN REFUND/INFO$90.50 For part #EAP11746183 I requested a return on over 5 business days ago - haven't heard back about it.As you can see, I'm still out a lot of money. Thank you.K Freeman*****************************************************Nothing Easy About My Experience - Lousy, Frusterating Customer ExperienceI ordered a left and right dishwasher door hinge. Shipping was very fast. Hinges arrived undamaged but lose in boxes - zero packaging! They sent 2 right hinges and no lefts. I called the help line and after 15 minutes on hold finally got to speak to someone. The person on the phone was friendly. (Email response typically takes over a day to get a reply - sometimes a couple days). They promised a refund for the wrong part, and I had to order the part again. I got the bill, and the re-order came from another website (PartSelect) and it cost more from what I had ordered from "Easy Appliance" site. Obviously they operate at least these 2 sites simultaneously, which is fine - if they were competent enough to keep them separate. Anyways, the new part arrived - same problem - zero packaging, and it's yet another right hinge! Make that 3 right hinges, 0 lefts.I was promised another refund - and that they would get back to me after checking with the warehouse to see what was going wrong. (Which never happened) After that phone call it took several days to get an email just saying that I would be getting a refund. It's now been over 2 weeks since my first order, and I have seen none of my money back on my credit card other then refunding the shipping on my replacement part and fixing their billing screwup. As of now I had to buy 3 hinges, and have received 3 of the same hinge. I ended up buying the part from another company.I have also requested a return on a part and have received zero correspondence confirming that will happen.Pay a bit more and go with a company who cares about you. There is no way that is should take over 2 weeks to receive a refund on something that is entirely their fault. Completely unacceptable. Everything is so dragged out with these guys - no urgency. I hope they make things right - but at this point I'm kind of relieved if I don't get totally screwed over.
