I ordered a part for my washing machine on September 2. The order info on my account the following day showed that the part was shipped. I live roughly 50 miles from the warehouse, so I expected it in a day or two, tops. When it hadn't arrived after a week, I checked the tracking number and USPS indicated that the label was created on Sept 3, but that they had not yet received the parcel. I called Parts Select and was told it must be lost but I would have to wait another week before anything could be done about it. So I waited and called back after waiting a total of two weeks, spoke to a very nice customer service rep named Britany, that advised she would issue a refund that would take two weeks and I would have to place a second order and pay again for the part. NOT! Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I'll order the part elsewhere thank you very much
