I ordered the part number I needed for my model of dryer and I received the exact part I wanted. I’ve ordered from another popular parts site before and they sent me a different part without even telling me. So I was pleased to get the exact part that I wanted. Great delivery speed and the part works great.
I ordered parts that were (and still are) shown as "in stock." About a week later, I received an email stating that the parts were on back-order, with no known arrival date. I requested that they cancel the order, but two weeks went by without any sort of confirmation of the cancelation. I finally called today, and a lady on the phone was able to cancel the order. All in all, just a hassle.
Had a washer repairman attempt to fix washer. He made one call to get a part and gave up basically saying need new washer. I looked up part number on line and found PartsSelect. They had what we needed at reasonable cost and quick shipping. When I need something I'm future will definitely try here. Won't try the repairman again though.
I was sent a used part that had visible water calcium buildup around the threaded connector and signs that something had been attached to it. After reaching out to the support team, their customer service was disappointing. Despite providing photos of the valve as requested, they kept asking for unrelated images like the box and shipping labels, as well as the appliance serial number. This felt like a tactic to make me give up! I plan to file a dispute with my payment provider after 30 days if this isn’t resolved, and I will pursue all options available. I’ve ordered several parts previously without issues, but this is my first return, and I won't be ordering again. They acknowledged the problem lies with the supplier, yet insisted on sticking to their policy. That policy seems to be to frustrate customers until they relent, leaving them with a defective product! Losing customers over a $100 part is not a sustainable business strategy. It's like dealing with a secondhand store that sells used parts!
This platform makes it incredibly simple to find the parts you need. The prices are quite fair, and there were no issues with shipping. I appreciate that they provide instructions and support as well. This service saved me from having to hire a repair technician or purchase new appliances.
I ordered 2 rollers, an idler pulley, and a belt. All the parts fit perfectly, and now my dryer is functioning like new. The shipping was quick, and I saved $800 compared to purchasing a new dryer! The instructional videos are well-made, making it easy to replace the parts. I highly recommend doing it yourself to save some money!
I ordered a part and paid extra for next-day delivery. As of 4:15 PM the next day, the part still hadn't arrived. My technicians had to leave, and now I have a very upset customer. I won't use this service again or purchase from them; they need to improve their delivery options. I should have opted for the second-day service and saved some money. Now I face the cost of repairing a unit for free... Never again.
We ordered a replacement burner for our cooktop, but it arrived damaged with bent heating coils. We didn't feel it was safe to install. After submitting the necessary paperwork and photos, we ordered a replacement that arrived promptly and was packaged better. However, when we inquired about the refund for the damaged part, we were told it could take 2-3 weeks. After three weeks with no refund, we contacted our credit card company and got the credit the next day, but it was a penny short. It's frustrating that after such a delay, they couldn't at least refund the correct amount. We likely won't do business with them again.
I placed an order on November 24 and waited two days for confirmation, but received nothing. When I called the support line, I was shocked to find it was entirely automated! After emailing the company, I received a generic response multiple times. When I finally got notified that my order had shipped, I tracked it for eight days, only to see that a shipping label had been created. After contacting the carrier, I discovered the tracking number was invalid. Eleven days later, I still haven't received any updates. I disputed the charge, and if it arrives, I will return it! Absolutely terrible customer service; I won't order from them again!
