Ordered a part for my dishwasher. Everything seemed smooth, I received the package with no damage to the outside, but the product received was clearly used. Scuffs, scrapes and visible damage. I called parts select who said a refund was no issue, but I had to buy the replacement. They were kind enough to ship it free of charge (after I asked). I provided pictures of the package (not damaged) and the part received (which was damaged and used) to verify my claim. Now, the crazy part. They won’t refund my money. Stay far away from this scam of a company. They’re only a distributor so they hold no accountability. They won’t respond to emails and refuse to refund me my money from the damaged product they sent me. Tough lesson, but they got $120 bucks out of me and I will never shop with them again.
