I ordered parts for a refigerator and paid for expedited shipping. Of the parts I ordered, one was damaged. I sent pictures of the shipping box and the part to PartSelect on the day I received the parts. After sending the photos, several phone calls, and emails, am told continually that I will receive a refund 3 - 5 work days after their analysis is completed. As of today, 12 days after sibmitting a claim, I have not received a refund, notice that the analysis is complete, or any other feedback.
