Un Happy Customer I Ordered a Whirlpool Dryer Maintenance…

I Ordered a Whirlpool Dryer Maintenance kit, From PartsSelect.com Giving my Mod# so to get the exact Parts. That consists of a Belt, Pulley tensioner, and new drum wheels, my dryer has 4 So I take the Dryer apart only to find out All the parts are wrong except for the wheels but they only sent 2 ! So now with Dryer apart & needing the rite parts I decided to go to an appliance parts shop and buy correct parts ! $45 for belt& $35 for pulley ! Now I put the correct parts in & using the 2 wheels from the original order & 2 of my original wheels that looked ok ! Everything running great ! 😄 Now the Bad side of this repair talking to customer service about a return! My C/C was billed over $44 dollars for the wrong parts and now they only want to give me 15% of the $44 ! That comes out to. $4 dollers & some change ! Their mistake rite ! To much money to send back ! I'm out $40 dollers !! I call back next day & talked to someone else best they can do is refund shipping cost $10 dollars! ! Now remember their mistake! I decided to ask for a 50% refund figuring I will eat half & end it ! Their answer NO ! Now I'm pissed ! We are talking $22 dollers! So I decided to tell them to STICK the $10 dollers ! NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN !🫢😠 A response from the co. After apologies on their decision of a 15% return, I guess my review was looked at & their request for me to call them and talk to a customer service person to see a about a better refund ! After a half hour of talking & being put on hold a few times the group decided to refund total part prices + tax! Not the Shipping cost ! This will work for me ! I will leave Review up until the refund is put back on my C/C ! Hope they'll treat future refund customer's a little better!
