I ordered a part The warehouse shipped the wrong partI called them and they emailed me a return slip so that I could return the wrong part and they told me that the only way they could ship me. The correct part was if I paid for it a second time and once they received the incorrect part back from me they would then Refund my money one to six weeks after receiving the wrong part that I sent back to them This is not a good way for them to do business I sent the Incorrect part back And bought the part that I needed from a different companyI ordered a seal for my refrigerator. They sent me a vegetable crisper Drawer. The seal cost over $200 including shippingAnd now they want me to pay a $12 restocking fee for their mistake and they keep my money for six weeks 🤦🏽♀️
