Brought a microwave micro switch and was told it was order and would be shipped in 3-5 days at a 3x price increase. After a week before I received a email saying the part was shipped. I went online to cancel, I was told that the cancellation request was received. The next day I was email that the part was being shipped the following day. Called in and I was told that was the order is processed you can’t not cancel even through the item has not been shipped. What a way to keep your money. I will not order from this company again and I suggest others to look for an alternate company for your parts.
