I ordered the part online and was not told it was on backorder until after I paid. After waiting 21 days for a piece for my oven, I attempted to track the package through the customer service line. There was no live option to talk to anyone, and despite having all the information needed, the automation could only tell me the date I ordered and then disconnected. I called part to order a part to get a live person to speak with. I was told the part was on back order and that "we would ship it when we got it". There is no zero-star rating so this is what it is.
