Not in the least impressed! They printed a label for an item I purchased but it still has not actually shipped. Extremely poor customer service!!Email claimed Fed Ex has picked up the package but it hasn't been scanned, that is an outright lie. It's being shipped from Georgia to Mississippi and it has NOT been received by Fed Ex.
