I ordered three parts for a mower, 1 retention pin and two identical Bushing brackets. One of the brackets arrived damaged in the package the other was fine. Getting a refund for damaged part was a nightmare. I had to provide Model, Serial Number, picture of damaged part, shipping order, and packaging. Ordinarily providing a serial number is no big deal, but the mower was at a second home 400 miles away. I still fail to understand why a serial number was needed, seems irrelevant to a small part, particularly since I wasn't trying to return both. The other part was on the mower. Now I find they are making a claim with USPS for the part and I have to jump through more hoops I would never recommend this company. Seems like they shipped a damaged part and now want USPS to reimburse them for something that likely happened in the warehouse.
