Ordered a part on friday night with estimated time of delievery being less than 2 days. By thursday, the part did not arrive and it was becoming urgent for me to get it. At this point, the delivery time is not my complaint. I called many time to check the shiping status, that always said the part HAD NOT been shiped. I found the part elsewhere and could get it same day. I called again on thursday to confirm the part had not shipped and immediatly canceled the order. I received an email the next day saying the part had been shipped and they would not cover cost of shipping if I returned the part. This even though I DID cancel the order BEFORE the part was labelled as shiped. I contacted client service to inform them I did not agree on this, having done the necessary steps to make sure the item had not been shipped before I cancelled it. One week late, had still not received any information following that e-mail... very disapointed!After one week with no reply, I finaly left a 2 star review wich got me a reply withing 24 Hours. I managed to get informed that I would receive a return label to send the package free of cost, but with great sigh from the cutomer service employe. I could see her eyes rolling to the sky through the phone. Incident should be resolved (still waiting to see if I receive the mentionned return label first) but not with a pleasent customer service experience!
