Ordered a part for my Briggs & Stratton lawnmower on June 20th. When I ordered it it didn’t say on back order but that it would be shipped 5days. After I paid I found out it was on back order so I was told about a week. Been calling customer service and told next week and here we are almost 2 months later and nothing. If I didn’t call them weekly to hear it’s on back order and next week I wouldn’t hear anything. I now have been told you can get a refund. I would have at the start and went elsewhere if I had of known it was going to take the whole summer. So frustrating but now what still on back order.
