I ordered a part we needed on May 28th before close of business. Fed Ex was contacted on May 29th, the item wasn't picked up until May 31st, and as of June 5th we haven't received the part. I was assured that the item would be shipped promptly. When I called I was told that there was flooding in Texas and that had been the cause of the delay. Point being I had to request the extra money to be refunded. What is really strange is that I had a note about this company in my files from a few years ago saying "DON'T ORDER FROM these guys- it takes more than 5 days to get a part that they say will take 2 or three. I won't order from them again.
