It began when I ordered a replacement Ice Maker Kit for my Electrolux Refrigerator/Freezer. The Easy Appliance Parts web site gave me the incorrect part number so that part was returned and I was refunded my money for it. I then got the correct part number from Electrolux and reordered with the correct part number. The part arrived but with a broken plastic component. According to the Electrolux installation instructions the component was to have been shipped unmounted as it was vulnerable to breakage in shipping. The Kit arrived with the broken component mounted contrary to the Electrolux instructions. To get my money refunded Easy Appliance required that I take photos of everything (6 photos) and send them the photos. Their email site repeatedly would not accept the file format of my photos (from my iPhone) until I finally changed the format of the photos . I have NEVER had this problem sending photos from my phone before. When Easy Appliance finally got the photos they began their review process of my case. Finally, after a month I finally got my refund....This overall entire experience went on for months...I wish I had known what I was in for...UGH.
