Ordered first time for a dishwasher drain pump and Part Select was quick with shipping & delivery. However, on my 2nd order for refrigerator repair parts, my order was "lost in shipping" although to me, it looks like UPS never got it. After trying to get help for several days, I finally got an agent to replace my order (FYI: they will refund you then charge you again) but this time, due to the delays by Part Select, I had to pay for express shipping... they wouldn't cover it!
