Company states 95% of customers get parts within three days. Three business days, and five days total, later, our parts are across the eastern seaboard. I could've driven to pick them up in an hour. Neither the CSR I initially spoke with, "Brittany" or the supervisor, "Nichole" were able to just recreate the order for me to pick up myself, with it having shipped from a nearby city. They said they they would only re-ship if there had been no updates, but since it did show them (that it was some 800 miles away instead of 20 miles away made no difference), they were unwilling to do anything but have me duplicate the order, and pay again. That my fridge isn't usable until I get these hinge parts made no difference, that their stated 95% delivery seems a lie given their customer service, and I ensured I spoke with anyone who had any control over the situation. I understand them not having a storefront, I don't understand them not being able to hold something at a security desk or --somewhere-- for me to pick up personally, and since they can't do that, they should be willing to re-ship and wait to get back whichever package makes it their way first.
