I ordered parts that were (and still are) shown as "in stock." About a week later, I received an email stating that the parts were on back-order, with no known arrival date. I requested that they cancel the order, but two weeks went by without any sort of confirmation of the cancelation. I finally called today, and a lady on the phone was able to cancel the order. All in all, just a hassle.
