When I tried to initiate a return, the email address provided for returns does not go through, making it nearly impossible to get support or a resolution. This raises serious concerns about how returns are actually handled.Between the low-quality product, a polished website that gives a false sense of credibility, and the lack of a functional customer service channel, I cannot recommend this seller. Buyers should proceed with caution.
