I had a very disappointing experience with partsforwatch.com. While their website looks nice, polished, and professional, the actual product and service did not match that presentation at all.
I ordered a replacement watch strap for a Cartier Santos, and the quality was extremely poor. The material felt cheap, did not match the advertised description, and the strap itself appeared defective. It did not fit properly and was clearly not suitable for a watch at this level.
What made the experience worse was their return policy. When I tried to initiate a return, the email address provided for returns does not go through, making it nearly impossible to get support or a resolution. This raises serious concerns about how returns are actually handled.
Between the low-quality product, a polished website that gives a false sense of credibility, and the lack of a functional customer service channel, I cannot recommend this seller. Buyers should proceed with caution.

Really bad experience with this shop . I ordered a strap with Express what cost like 30 € more , but to now after one week nothing. Is still in process my order , I don’t become any e mail . This was the first and last time that I ordered here something…..For me this is a scam from consumers …..
I orderd a Panerai strap on the April 4th as a birthday present for my friend and i even mailed them asking how long it would take so i knew if i should be getting it on time or if i needed to buy something else so i didn't come without a gift, and ive heard NOTHING, and it has not changed in its status. Now its the 15th and ive mailed them ONE MORE TIME since I've not heard back from them and im getting tired of lazy people that doesn't take any of their work seriously. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! Pay the extra small amount and get it from Amazon instead. Quicker, easier and less hassle, and then you can get better help too.
