I bought an alternator for my 2016 Kia soul 2.0L and was sent a part that did not work with my vehicle. When attempting to return it, apparently I'm supposed to spend more on shipping the item back to them than I did on the actual item? And then there's fees if they don't get it by a specific time? And there's no way to cancel a return through their website? One way to improve the website would be to properly list what vehicles the parts work with. Or to allow one to cancel a return. Or, perhaps, informing a customer before hand that they have to pay for the shipping themselves and there's fees if you don't get it to them fast enough so that you know before starting the return that returning an item costs more than it did to buy it. Basic common sense that any legitimate business has when making websites.
