I placed my order Monday before they opened and paid for expedited shipping (2-5) days. It is Friday, and I still don't have my parts. They are telling me Monday does not count as a business day. So, I will not have the parts on time.
Additionally, I have to pay to ship the parts back and also a 20% restocking fee. So, it cost me shipping and 20% to learn the lesson not to use this company.
Lastly, the representative who called seemed like he had no power to make the sutuation right. Only the ability to tell me the return policy. What a waste of time.
