So Parts geek advertises low prices i/great customer service…. case I received neither !!
I was overcharged for a defective part…. And the reimbursement was not even the price of the part.…. I spent $126 on a shock absorber …. A top-of-the-line KYB mono Max shock absorber.
it failed within 15 days of installation…. Parts geek reimbursed me $66 about half of what I paid for the part…. I think both Parts geek and KYB are both shitty…. I will never buy another part for either one of them and I’m warning every one of you to shop elsewhere.
