I confirm, this company is unreliable. I placed an order for a part that was supposed to arrive in five days and was left without a functioning fridge. There was no communication or confirmation regarding my order. The part never arrived. When I called, I was informed it was 'out of stock' for several months, despite having charged my card. They didn't think to inform me or cancel the order. I had to demand an immediate cancellation and refund. They confirmed the cancellation but never issued the refund. Now I have to dispute the charge with my card. I'm also quite sure they are not actually based in Canada but in Asia, which is misleading.
