I confirm this experience. I placed an order for a part that was supposed to arrive in 5 days, leaving me without a functioning fridge at home. There was no communication or confirmation from the company. The part never arrived, and when I called, I was informed it was "out of stock" for several months, despite having charged my card. They didn't think to notify me or offer a cancellation. I had to raise my voice and insist on an immediate cancellation and refund. They confirmed the cancellation but never processed the refund. Now, I have to dispute the charge through my card. Additionally, I'm quite sure they are not actually located in Canada but rather in Asia, which is misleading.
