Better off going to the grocery store to be honest. Look I'm all for Party City during Halloween time but other than that, there's not much you can't get for the same price or cheaper at the grocery store or by going online. On top of this, going to the local Party City was a major hassle. The employees were miserable and the shelves were already bare when I got there. Nothing was in its place and prices were all incorrect when I got to the counter to check out.Would I recommend Party City? If there are other choices, no I would not. But I can say that for certain seasons including Halloween, they do come through and that's the reason I give my 2 stars to them.
