I was disappointed since it was expensive, and I had anticipated better quality. I paid a significant amount for what was described as a cozy knit mini hoodie, but it was actually made of cheap sweatshirt material.
It's no surprise that this business is struggling. They advertised a stand for $10 but charged me $31. They also charged full price for items that were supposed to be heavily discounted. When I tried to reach customer service, they kept hanging up on me. I eventually contacted them again, but they only gave me the runaround and refused to assist. It feels like a scam.
I had the worst experience at this location. I went to pick up balloons for my son’s birthday, and the supervisor displayed a rude attitude when trying to locate our order. After they messed up, they refused to take responsibility, and the supervisor made snarky comments. At one point, she even popped a balloon in frustration. I will never return.
