If there is an option to put a negative star, differently I would.I bought rosegold plates for a bridal shower and other stuff from them, then I found out that there are scratches and broken pieces on the plates, so I went back to the store to return them but I did not have the receipt so they refused to return the items. I called the customer care, few days later, then emailed me the Receipt, so again I went back to the store and again they refused to return the items because there was no code on the receipt!!!. I AGAIN called the customer care and they could not help me to send me a new receipt with the code or return my money back, even though there is a barcode on the items.It DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE, they won't return their damaged items if you do not have the receipt, I still have the barcode on the items yet they refused to return them. They won't return their defective products so that they can keep the money. Waste of time. BAD SERVICE.
