I’m really disappointed with my recent experience.
I placed my order on the 22nd for World Book Day, and while I understand it’s a busy period, there was no clear indication at the time of ordering that dispatch would be significantly delayed. With World Book Day now next week and my order still not dispatched, it’s left me in a difficult position having to make alternative arrangements at short notice.
Communication only came after I chased for an update, which has added to the frustration. I appreciate that high demand can cause delays, but clearer upfront communication about stock and dispatch times would really help customers plan, especially for time-sensitive events like this.
As the order will not arrive in time, I have requested cancellation and a full refund. Please confirm that order #2531 has now been cancelled.

Worse experience ever… do not use this company. Ordered from them for my sons birthday they said they will deliver with 5 working days got it 5 days after my sons birthday. Returned items back due to not being delivered in the time they have said now they are not giving my refund as I have returned the items back to them with the return email they have sent me Royal MailCollected me order from my house and have sent it back to them. I have emailed them to confirm that I have sent this back. These people are money grabbing robbers.. DO NOT USE THEM…. I want my money back as I have sent you your items back
Easy to use website. Items were delivered 18 days after order even though they were on a 48 hour delivery rate. 50% of items damaged on arrival. All items look cheap and are poor quality. However Natasha from the customer service team has been amazing and organised my refund quickly and provided great and prompt communication. As the items were so late I managed to get most items from my local supermarket which were better quality and cheaper so I have learnt my lesson!
Avoid – do not waste your money.My order arrived damaged and with items missing. I emailed multiple times and have been completely ignored. There is no way to speak to an actual person, which is incredibly frustrating when something goes wrong. Terrible customer service and no accountability. This company feels like a complete rip-off.I see they have replied to this, however I have emailed 16 times and they have still not responded. I stand by my review avoid this company they are absolutely appalling and ruined my birthday plans.
I have tried to contact you 4 times! 3 times through your website, & once through Instagram and not ONE reply! I placed my order on January 20th & have not heard a thing! Now my daughter’s birthday has been and gone. I have ordered from this company every year for my daughter’s birthday & never had a problem. I will never use you again and I want a refund!
I wish (yet again) that I had read these reviews before ordering. My items have not arrived and they have not responded to 3 messages I have sent. Very disappointed in lack of any customer service and lack of information on potential deliveries. Don't bother ordering from them, I think they must be another foreign company hiding behind a fake British website. **UPDATE** Order received yesterday 4th Feb (delivery was promised for 28th Jan), with despatch date of 30th. I have still not received any response whatsoever, their customer service is NIL. *SECOND UPDATE 24th Feb* They have asked me to respond to their reply - I am not sure if this is even possible. So I will email again. I have returned the goods but no refund has been received.
Terrible company- really wouldn’t bother shopping here. I placed an order PDR4001568230 on Monday at 1.55pm and paid for express delivery so according to their website my order should have arrived by Wednesday 19th at the latest.Nothing by the end of Wednesday so messaged on Instagram and was told my order was shipped that day - which was funny seeing as a placed it Monday and paid extra for express?A job was raised for DPD but there’s been no updates since, that they have received the parcel and no updates on any movement. The party is tomorrow so if the order doesn’t arrive today I want a full refund including my shipping - because you clearly haven’t delivered what was expected. DON’T OFFER A SERVICE IF YOU CANT PROVIDE IT.
