I’m really disappointed with my recent experience.I placed my order on the 22nd for World Book Day, and while I understand it’s a busy period, there was no clear indication at the time of ordering that dispatch would be significantly delayed. With World Book Day now next week and my order still not dispatched, it’s left me in a difficult position having to make alternative arrangements at short notice.Communication only came after I chased for an update, which has added to the frustration. I appreciate that high demand can cause delays, but clearer upfront communication about stock and dispatch times would really help customers plan, especially for time-sensitive events like this.As the order will not arrive in time, I have requested cancellation and a full refund. Please confirm that order #2531 has now been cancelled.
