Every time I contact the support team, I'm told it’s being "escalated to management," but no one ever gets back to me. I've called multiple times, and it feels like I'm being ignored entirely. This level of service is extremely frustrating. I had been eager to purchase many items, but I will not be ordering from them again until their management issues are resolved.
