I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this product.
The ring arrived with visible yellow discoloration and uneven plating straight out of the box. It was never worn.
This does not look like sterling silver at all, despite what is stated on the website. The metal appears dull, uneven, and already looks worn. Also there is no fineness mark so it is not silver.
For the price, this level of quality is unacceptable. The product does not match the description or the expectations created by the brand.
I contacted customer support immediately after receiving the item (24.02) and am still waiting for a proper response.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Pascal. I placed an order 7 days ago and it still hasn’t even been processed. There has been no clear communication or update from their team, which is very frustrating as a customer.
The expected delivery is already pushed to early March, and yet my order hasn’t moved forward at all. This level of delay and lack of transparency shows very poor customer service. When you trust a company with your money, you at least expect timely processing and basic updates.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend ordering from them unless they improve their responsiveness and order handling.

Ordered a watch. Took forever to come, fine, it came from overseas. But it arrived broken - unable to set the time. Contacted customer service. They were slow to respond, and when they did, they acted like they didn’t understand what i was saying. When i provided them with every detail, they stopped responding. I initially wanted an exchange. Then i wanted to return it because they were not working with me. I will get neither. Out over $200. Don’t buy from these jerks!
The order I received did not align with the description provided. It arrived from overseas instead of the expected location. The quality is so poor that there is no documentation to verify the authenticity of the materials. I attempted to contact the support team multiple times since January 10th without any response. Additionally, the return policy stated 60 days, but the platform indicates that returns must be completed by January 28th, which means I have not even had a full month since receiving the order.
I am reaching out about my order placed on January 2, 2026, at 00:05. At 00:15, just 15 minutes after placing the order, I contacted the support team to explicitly request cancellation. Given the short time frame, it is unreasonable for the order to have been prepared or processed. Thus, my cancellation request was made within a reasonable period. However, the order has not yet been canceled. I have sent several emails regarding this matter and have not received any response. I am formally requesting that my order be canceled immediately and that the full payment be refunded without further delay. I look forward to your prompt confirmation.

This situation is utterly unacceptable. I placed my order on November 5th, and now it's December 8th—over a month later—with no updates whatsoever. Every time I contact the support team, I'm told it’s being "escalated to management," but no one ever gets back to me. I've called multiple times, and it feels like I'm being ignored entirely. This level of service is extremely frustrating. I had been eager to purchase many items, but I will not be ordering from them again until their management issues are resolved.
