I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Pascal. I placed an order 7 days ago and it still hasn’t even been processed. There has been no clear communication or update from their team, which is very frustrating as a customer.
The expected delivery is already pushed to early March, and yet my order hasn’t moved forward at all. This level of delay and lack of transparency shows very poor customer service. When you trust a company with your money, you at least expect timely processing and basic updates.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend ordering from them unless they improve their responsiveness and order handling.
I wish not to give that single star as well
